Apr 12, 2023 Season 1 Episode 1
Brittany Tasesa

This week is our very first episode and we dive straight in. Dr Brittany discusses prioritising yourself, basic self-care needs, realising that you are a whole person and do not need someone to complete you, how to approach dating after past bad experiences, and how to support your significant other on their own healing journey. Also, a psa that the rain does provide some ambience to our discussion in the latter half of the episode, and was a very thoughtful addition from the universe.
